I'm shortening my night to 5 Am cuz my sleep balance is in bad shape and I'm getting tired for staying up late, So from now on I get to sleep at 5am to restore my sleeping hours because it's very unhealthy. I noticed that my body requires some times 10 hours once more for a sleep time, which is bad. Why is is so bad, 10 hours? It is caused by tiredness. I read tiredness causes increase of fat cuz body functions are not working properly. So I decided to change it I wanna go to sleep before sunset cuz some times I found it hard to feel asleep at dawn or after it :/ I will really benefit in this :).


As a little help I will place my time zone in this journal GMT+1 is present in most Central and Western Europe So we share same time :)  This map will help you find the time zone you have and you will know when 5AM will be for me in your zone :) This will be really helpful But also I have classes so it depends on the day of the week :)

Example : Poland 5:00 GMT+1 

For Seattle         GMT-8     it's 20:00 PM
For Miami            GMT-5      it's 23:00 PM
For South Africa   GMT+2    it's 6:00 AM
For Sydney          GTM+10   it's 14:00 PM
